The construction process begins when design documents are complete, and we can confirm that material delivery dates fall in line with the owner’s schedule milestones. O’Malley’s Project Superintendents manage the day-to-day operations of the site with a critical focus on schedule, quality and safety. Project Managers implement all necessary project controls to effectively manage costs and communicate progress with ownership and the design team.
Near the completion of the construction process, we shift our focus towards the owner’s transition into occupancy. Our comprehensive pre-punchlist process limits the need for re-work and quality concerns. We accumulate all necessary close-out documents and schedule user-training sessions to ensure that the end user is ready to hit the ground running.
