History

After years of working in the trades, third-generation builders Tom and Pat O’Malley launched O’Malley Construction Company in 1996. The O’Malley brothers take an active role on every project, working hand-in-hand with the office and field personnel. This hands-on leadership style quickly trains and mentors young professionals, empowers seasoned staff and promotes collaboration.

Integrity is everything to Tom and Pat O’Malley. They understand that in order to be successful in business and life, they have to approach every project and situation with honesty and transparency, and they hold their team to that same level of accountability. In addition, Tom and Pat have created a company culture that embodies teamwork allowing O’Malley Construction to retain highly-skilled project management and field personnel. This collaboration extends beyond the company walls and jobsites and into partnerships with clients, architects, trade contractors and suppliers.
